Baked Cheesy Chicken Popcorn

3 Sliced breads
200 gms Chicken breast pieces
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Chilli powder or Paprika
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
1 Egg beaten
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
Step by Step
Soak chicken breast pieces in buttermilk add salt and keep it in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours
Cut sliced breads into cubes and put them in mixer grinder jar, grind until powdered.
Now remove the excess buttermilk and leave the chicken pieces completely dry. Now add the chicken pieces to the same mixer jar with the bread crumbs and then add ginger garlic paste, pepper, chilli powder/paprika, oregano and 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste and grind it all to a fine paste.
Once it's ground, take out the chicken paste into a bowl, drizzle some oil over it and some on your palms, and knead the chicken paste to a fine dough.
Now take a spoon and scoop some chicken paste on your palm and flatten it out, then place a cube of mozzarella cheese and 2 jalapeno pieces and coat it well just as you would coat while making the stuffed paratha and form round shaped balls out of them.
Now dip the chicken ball into the egg wash then dust it with some breadcrumbs and place them on a plate.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. In a baking tray, place a butter paper and then place these chicken balls on to the tray.
Now bake the Chicken balls for 25 - 30 mins at 180 degrees C
