2 Cups Mixed Vegetables (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum finely sliced)
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce mixed with Vinegar
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
1 Cup Boiled Hakka Noodles
4 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1/2 Cup Spring Onions and Coriander finely chopped
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
For the Cheesy Sauce
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)
3/4 cup Milk
2 Cheese Slices

Step by Step
Heat some oil in a pan and add the sliced vegetables to the pan and add little salt and soy sauce and saute the vegetables for 3 - 4 mins (don't saute the vegetables till it turns mushy) and then take it off in a plate.
In the same pan, add the butter, maida stir it well and let it roast for 1 mins now add milk, some salt, cheese slices and keep stirring till the lumps melt and turns out creamy
Now heat a big pan, and spread the dosa batter making a thin layer (keep the flame on low fire) and drizzle some ghee over the dosa, now spread 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala over the dosa add in some ghee and spread the masala along with the ghee well all over the dosa and now add in 2 tbsp of sauteed vegetables over the dosa, some noodles, 2 tsp Schezwan Sauce, 2 tsp Spring Onions and Coriander and mix it really well over the dosa, be careful not the press too hard or the dosa might tear.
Once the noodles and vegetables are mixed well with the masala, sprinkle some grate cheese give it quick stir, once you find the cheese melting, scrape the noodle mixture to one side and then start rolling the dosa from the same side just like the usual masala dosa and place it on a plate, slice the dosa into 3 portions and then drizzle some cheesy sauce over it.
Your Cheesy Chinese Dosa is now ready to be served.
