Cheesy Noodles Egg Shakshuka | Easy Shakshuka Recipe

3 Maggi Noodles packets
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato finely chopped
1 cup Mix vegetables of your choice
3 cups Water
1 - 3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Butter
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Salt if needed
2 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Grated Cheese
1 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
1 tbsp Spring Onion finely chopped
Step by Step
Heat some oil in a pan and then add the chopped onions and fry until it turns translucent, then add the chopped garlic and fry it well until golden brown.
Then add chopped tomato and mixed vegetables to the pan and saute for 2 mins, then add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix it all really well. Now add the taste maker from the maggi packets to the mixed vegetables, mix it well and let it fry for a minute. Add butter for extra flavour stir it well, add the tomato ketchup and again mix it well.
Now add 3 cups of water into the pan, once it comes to a boil, then ad the noodle cakes into the pan. Add salt for extra taste, cover with lid and let it cook until there is very little water left in the pan. (Keep checking to see if noodles are soaked in well with the water and getting cooked)
Once you find the water almost drying up, now you can add the eggs one by one carefully, it shouldn't break.( Use a small bowl to pour the egg into the pan if needed)
Sprinkle some pepper, cheese, cilantro and spring onions over the noodles, cover with lid and let it cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Your Cheesy Noodle Egg Shakshuka is now ready.
