Chicken 36 | Easy Recipes

Ingredients


  • 500 gms Chicken

  • 250 gms Curds

  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1 tsp Jeera(Cumin) Powder

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto (MSG)

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Food Color (Red)

  • Salt as per Taste

  • 10 - 12 Curry Leaves

  • 4 Green Chillies slit

  • Cooking Oil


Step by Step


  1. Take the chicken in a bowl, add curds, coriander powder, jeera powder, lime,tomato sauce, soy sauce, ajinomoto, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste and mix it really well, coat the chicken well and then add the food color and mix it well again.

  2. Keep the chicken in the fridge and let it marinate for 3 hours.

  3. After 3 hours, heat some oil in a vessel, add the chicken cover with lid and fry for 20 mins or until the chicken is cooked.

  4. In a different pan heat some oil and add curry leaves and chillies fry it for some time and add this to the chicken, add sugar and mix it well and your Chicken 36 is now done.

  5. Serve Chicken 36 with some ghee rice or can be eaten with bread.
