Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles

  • 2 Noodle Packs

  • 1/2 cup Carrot sliced finely

  • 1/2 cup Cabbage sliced finely

  • 1/2 cup Capsicum either sliced or diced finely

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic finely chopped

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce + 1 tsp Vinegar

  • 3 finely chopped Spring Onions

  • 2 tsp Schezwan Sauce

  • 1 cup Baked/Fried Chicken shredded

  • Salt

  • Cooking Oil

  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Step by Step

  1. First boil the noodles in hollow pan, add enough water, some salt and drizzle some oil, give it a stir and then add the noodle cakes into the pan and let it boil, make sure you half cook the noodles. Once the noodles are done strain the water out and leave the noodles in the strainer.

  2. Now heat the same hollow pan, add some oil, once the oil is heated add the cabbage, carrots and capscium to he hot pan and fry it until the vegetables are cooked but don't over cook or it will turn very mushy. Once it's cooked remove it in a plate.

  3. Now in the same pan add some oil and heat it well, now add the ginger garlic to the pan and fry until golden brown, now add the soy sauce and vinegar to the pan, stir it well and once you find the soy sauce reducing then add the finely chopped onions from the spring onion first, then add the cooked cabbage, carrot and capsicum to the pan mix it well. now add the schezwan sauce(can also use chilli sauce). Now add the shredded chicken and mix it all really well so all the sauces are coating the veggies and the chicken well.

  4. Now add the boiled noodles to the pan, add some salt as per taste and mix it gently (make sure everything is mixed well, use 2 spoons if needed), add chilli flakes and the spring onion leaves and again give it all a mix

  5. Your Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles is now ready to be served.
