Marzipan in Microwave - Easter Eggs & Christmas Sweets

Cashews 200 gms
Icing or Powdered Sugar 400 gms
1 egg white
2 tsp Oil for greasing hands
Food color of your choice
2 tsp Rose water/ Almond Essence

Step by Step
Add the cashews and icing sugar in parts to the mixer grinder and grind it in parts
Add the ground marzipan in a bowl and add egg white in part to bind it.
Add some oil to your hands grease it well add rose water and form a dough out of the marzipan
Wrap the dough in a cling wrap and put it in microwave for 15 seconds twice.
Remove the dough out of the cling film place it on a flat surface and divide it in parts to add colors if you have different food colors.
Mix it well with the dough
Place the marzipan in an Easter egg mold or any of your preference
Take it off the mold after a while and your Easter eggs are ready.
