Microwave Quick Chocolate Cake Pops from Scratch

Ingredients for the Microwave Chocolate Cake

  1. 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  2. 1 cup Sugar

  3. 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  4. 1 & 1/2 cup Butter milk

  5. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  6. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  7. 1/2 tsp Salt

  8. 1 Egg

  9. 4 tbsp Nutella or any Chocolate Sause/Cream

Ingredients for Coating

  1. 1 Chocolate Bar

  2. 125 ml full cream

  3. Sprinkles/Decorative

Step by Step

  1. Combine all dry ingredients for cake and then add all wet ingredients and beat it well

  2. Take a microwavable pan coat it with butter and add the cake batter in it.

  3. Put it in a microwave and let it bake for 10 mins on high temp

  4. Once the cake is baked let it cool down and then crumble it finely in a bowl, add Nutella until it forms a dough.

  5. Share it into balls and put skewers half way in the balls and freeze it for 2 hours

  6. Add the chocolate bar in a different bowl with the full cream and microwave it for 30 seconds twice and your Chocolate Ganache is ready

  7. Take the frozen cake pops and and dip it in the Chocolate Ganache.

  8. Sprinkle some decoratives on the Cake pops and freeze it further.

  9. Can be served for parties and occasions.
