Easy KFC Chicken Home style

2 cups Butter milk
1/5 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Chicken pieces 4(big), It is better to use skinned chicken
1 cup All purpose flour(Maida)
2 tsp Cornflour
1/2 cup Crushed Cornflakes
1/2 Chilly Flakes
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Pepper Powder
1 Egg beaten(Add salt and pepper)
Oil for Deep frying
Marinate the chicken with salt, buttermilk and ginger garlic paste and let it remain in the fridge for 3 - 4 hour.
For coating, mix all purpose flour(maida), cornflour, chilli flakes, oregano,onion powder, cornflakes crushed and salt and keep it in wide bowl or plate.
Beat the egg with salt, pepper, milk(1 tbsp) and keep it aside in a separate bowl.
Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge.
Heat oil in the a pan(for deep frying)
Let the oil heat well, then proceed to take one piece of chicken dip it in the flour mixture coat it well, then dip it in egg wash and again roll it in the flour mixture.
Repeat the same procedure for all chicken pieces.
Add the chicken pieces one at a time and fry until dark golden brown.
Serve with garlic sauce and french fries.
