Home made Chicken Salami

Ingredients


  • 350 gms Chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp Coarsely crushed Pepper

  • 2 tsp Jalapeno Pickle

  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

  • 1 Sheet Aluminum Foil



Step by Step


  1. Add the chicken breast, ginger garlic paste and salt in a mixer grinder to form a fine paste.

  2. Take out the ground chicken paste on to bowl, add jalapeno pickle, pepper and little salt and mix it really well.

  3. Place the chicken paste on to a aluminum foil and wrap the ends of the foil forming a toffee wrapper coat it entirely forming cylindrical shape, keep rolling till it forms a proper shape as shown in the video.

  4. Place the foil wrapped chicken in a steamer and let it steam for 15 mins, then turn off the heat and let it cook in it's steam for 10 more mins, remove it from the steamer and let it cool off.

  5. Once cooled off completely, place it in the freezer for 6 hours.

  6. Your Chicken Salami is now ready, cut it into thin slices and serve it as a pizza topping or toasted bread.
