2 cups Curds\Yogurt
Muslin or Cotton cloth for hanging
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Pulp of 1 Mango
Kesar mixed in 1 tbsp of warm milk
3/4 cup of Sugar (Adjust the quantity according to taste)
Nuts for garnishing
Step by Step
Add 2 cups of yogurt in a muslin cloth and proceed to hang it overnight in the fridge to remove the water content from it.
next morning remove the hung curd from cloth and put it in a bowl. Proceed to add the mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, kesar milk and nuts. Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
Mango Shrikhand is now ready to be served with hot pooris.
