  • 2 cups Curds\Yogurt

  • Muslin or Cotton cloth for hanging

  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

  • Pulp of 1 Mango

  • Kesar mixed in 1 tbsp of warm milk

  • 3/4 cup of Sugar (Adjust the quantity according to taste)

  • Nuts for garnishing

Step by Step

  1. Add 2 cups of yogurt in a muslin cloth and proceed to hang it overnight in the fridge to remove the water content from it.

  2. next morning remove the hung curd from cloth and put it in a bowl. Proceed to add the mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, kesar milk and nuts. Mix all ingredients well until smooth.

  3. Mango Shrikhand is now ready to be served with hot pooris.
