Old Delhi Sheek Kebab Recipe | Sheek Kebab

Ingredients


  1. 750 gms Minced Meat

  2. Bunch of Coriander chopped very finely

  3. Bunch of Mint leave chopped very finely

  4. 1 tsp Coriander Powder

  5. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

  6. 1 tsp Cumin Powder

  7. 1 tsp Garam Masala

  8. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste

  9. 1 Medium Onion scraped/ground (squeeze all water out)

  10. 3 Green Chillies chopped very finely

  11. 1 tbsp Cooking Oil


Step by Step


  1. Scrape the onion and squeeze out all the excess water from it (or the kebab won't stick to the skewers)

  2. Then add onions, chopped mint, coriander, chillies and all dry masalas in a bowl and mix it really well.

  3. Add the mince meat to the masalas and mix it well and set it aside in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours

  4. Brush some oil on the grill, take out the mince meat from the refrigerator and roll it on the skewers in the shape of a kebab

  5. Brush some oil on each kebab lightly

  6. Pre heat the oven at 240 degree, then place the kebabs in the oven and bake it at 240 degrees for 10 mins

  7. After 10 mins take the kebabs out of the oven and turn of the sides of the kebab and again brush some oil and put it back it in the oven and bake it further for another 10 mins at 240 degrees

  8. Your Sheek Kebabs are now ready, serve it with some mint chutney
