Ingredients


For Dough

  1. 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)

  2. 2 tbsp Rava/Sooji/Semolina

  3. 1/4 tsp Ajwain/Caraway Seeds

  4. 1/2 tsp Sugar

  5. 1/2 tsp Salt

  6. 1/2 tsp Oil

  7. 1/2 cup Water

For Stuffing

  1. 2 boiled Potatoes grated

  2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  3. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder

  4. 1 tsp Chaat Masala

  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera crushed or powder

  6. 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds crushed or powder

  7. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

  8. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder

  9. 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

  10. Salt to taste

Other Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. Oil for deep frying


Step by Step


  1. Firstly, prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients listed in the for dough

  2. Cover with moist cloth and rest for 20 minutes

  3. Meanwhile Prepare the stuffing, by mixing all the ingredients mentioned for stuffing

  4. Dust the dough with maida and roll the dough with rolling pin

  5. Now spread the Potato stuffing evenly

  6. Roll tight making sure the stuffing is intact

  7. Cut the roll to half inch slices and flatten slightly

  8. Dip the pinwheel samosa in the maida paste and coat both sides

  9. Deep fry immediately into hot pan until golden brown and crisp

  10. Finally, serve the Pinwheel Samosa with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
