Oil for Greasing

Step by Step

For the Vegetable filling

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add onions and saute for a while, then add chopped garlic and saute it until the raw smell doesn’t go away, then add chopped tomatoes and stir it for a while, add capsicum and mushrooms saute for a while, add spinach and sprinkle salt as per taste, pepper, chilli flake, oregano, some chilli powder (optional), half maggi cube for the extra flavor and stir it really well and cook until mushrooms are well done. Empty the veg filling in a plate.

For the Non-Veg filling

  1. Heat some oil in the same pan, add onions and saute for a while, then add garlic and ginger saute until raw smell doesn’t go away. Then add tomatoes, capsicum, give it a quick stir, then add chicken cube, some coriander leaves, now add chicken masala/garam masala, oregano, chilli flakes stir it all really well, and then add chicken kheema, sprinkle some salt as per taste, pepper, add very little water to mix all the masala well and cover with lid and let it cook until kheema is well done. Now take it off heat.

  2. Now add 2 tbsp cream cheese to the veg filling and 2 tbsp cream cheese to the non-veg filling and give them both a good mix.

  3. Now take a baking dish and brush some oil on all sides, now spread the red pasta sauce/tomato sauce at the bottom then place a roti over the sauce, then again coat the roti with the pasta sauce/tomato sauce, then add the veg filling and non veg filling on the roti in a half moon partition as shown in the video. Now spread some shredded cheese over the filling, place another roti over the cheese, spread some pasta/tomato sauce over the roti, then again add the veg and non veg filling in the same half-moon partition, spread some shredded cheese over the filling, continue this procedure, while placing the last roti, spread some pasta/tomato sauce and spread rest of the shredded cheese covering the roti well.

  4. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees.

  5. Place the baking dish into the oven and bake it for 15 mins at 200 degrees.

  6. Once it’s done. Take a knife and run it around the sides so the cheese doesn’t stick to the baking dish, cut slivers and serve hot.

Enjoy!
